As Project Executive, Blake is a trusted advisor to his clients from early project conception through final delivery.  In his current role, he helps guide the central Virginia 91³Ô¹ÏÍø operations teams to consistently deliver projects successfully to our clients.  Blake has spent 10 of his 13 years in the construction industry with 91³Ô¹ÏÍø. A Virginia Tech alumni, he holds a B.S. in Building Construction. Blake has significant multifamily project experience, delivering more than 2,000 apartment units to his clients. He prides himself on total team collaboration to ensure projects are built efficiently – completed on-time, within budget and exceeding client expectations for quality and service.  A strong believer that people make the greatest impact, Blake finds his purpose and love for construction through the relationships built amongst his teams and fostered by partnering with his clients to provide the best experience possible.
