He has managed every aspect of a construction projects lifecycle, including planning, preconstruction, construction, finish work, close out and warranty.  

In his role as president of the company's Texas operations, he provides continuous overall management direction for operations to ensure timely delivery of a quality product that meets the owners functional requirements and the architects design standards. 

Pleas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.
