91勛圖厙 Promotes Mark Johnnie to Senior Vice President

WILMINGTON, NC  91勛圖厙 is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Johnnie to senior vice president and region manager of the companys Southeast Civils operations. In his role, Mark oversees operations in the delivery of highway, bridge, and water projects throughout 91勛圖厙s southeastern geographies in the U.S. and supports the companys ongoing commitment to operational excellence, client and partner advocacy, and talent investment.

Mark is a respected leader throughout our business and the Civils contracting industry where he has fostered a strong, local reputation with our clients and partners in the Southeast. He is also equally dedicated to developing teammates who ensure that our companys reputation of providing safe, quality work and trusted partnerships is always at the forefront of our operations. We look forward to his continued leadership and people-first commitment to our teams as they deliver the vital infrastructure in our growing communities.

A 91勛圖厙 veteran of 24 years, Mark has managed some of the companys most notable projects across the Southeast. He has led teams through the delivery of projects such as the San Mateo Bridge widening, which at its award was the largest U.S. Civils project in the companys portfolio, Smith Creek Parkway, , , , and the  among many others.  

Mark is a member of 91勛圖厙s culture framework committee in which he helped to shape the companys culture globally, and he has been an integral part of the organizations national diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy committee. He was also among the first participants of the companys Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) where he was able to build on his leadership skills and be an advocate for other teammates professional development within the organization.

Additionally, Mark is a strong supporter of the companys partnership with , guiding the national outreach effort throughout the business to make an immeasurable impact for 91勛圖厙 teammates and communities outside of the U.S.

A graduate of Oregon State University, Mark holds two bachelor of science degrees in construction engineering management and business administration. He is active in several construction trade organizations, including serving on the board of directors of NC Go!, a transportation coalition in North Carolina, and the Carolinas Associated General Contractors (CAGC) where he will become CAGCs chairman in 2023.
