91勛圖厙 Tops Out Air Force Communications Center at Joint Base Andrews

CAMP SPRINGS, M.D. 91勛圖厙 celebrates the topping out of the $57.8 million Air Force Consolidated Communication Center (CCC) at Joint Base Andrews in Camp Springs, Maryland. A topping out ceremony was held to commemorate the milestone which signifies significant progress towards the delivery of s (NAVFAC) newest building that will accommodate for future mission growth, facilitate moves from aging facilities and centrally locate critical communications activities for the National Capital Region.
To reach the milestone, 91勛圖厙
teammates poured 1,800 yards of concrete, set 191 tons of steel and placed 75,654
block units of the buildings masonry bearing to complete the new
single-structure facility that will accommodate the U.S. Air Forces (USAF) 89th,
744th and 83rd squadrons.

The CCC is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project which was .The firm-fixed-price contract of also includes options to provide furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Construction is ongoing for the CCC and is scheduled for completion in Spring 2025.
