91³Ô¹ÏÍø has been awarded a contract to deliver Southwestern Community College’s (SWC) Instructional Building No.1/University Center (IB1), and Student Union Complex (SU), valued at $140 million.

91³Ô¹ÏÍø, in joint venture with Samet Corporation, is partnering to deliver the new Forsyth County Courthouse in Winston Salem, North Carolina. A groundbreaking event for the new courthouse took place in February to celebrate the construction of the newly modernized courthouse that will provide improved security, accessibility, and technologies to better serve Forsyth County citizens and judicial personnel.

91³Ô¹ÏÍø celebrated the start of construction on the Junior Achievement (JA) of Georgia’s new JA Colonial Group Discovery Center at Georgia Southern University’s (GSU) Armstrong Atlantic campus in Savannah, Georgia.

91³Ô¹ÏÍø, in joint venture with Holt Brothers, is partnering with Healthcare Foundation of Wilson and the Wilson Family YMCA to create a Construction Academy afterschool program for middle school students, and to deliver a YMCA facility for the new Wilson Middle School After School (MSAS) programs.

91³Ô¹ÏÍø has been awarded $42 million to deliver Morrison Yard, a new 10-story Class A office space located in downtown Charleston. KeithCorp and Origin Development Partners have selected 91³Ô¹ÏÍø to provide preconstruction and construction management services.
