Hoffman-Madison Waterfront (HMW) has selected 91�Թ��� to initiate Phase 2, land-side construction at The Wharf. 91�Թ���’s role in Phase 2 consists of work contracts for all horizontal and public spaces, including site work, utilities, hardscape, and parks.
